This submachine gun from BuRST owes its popularity mainly to its simple design. The name, originally Re-Re-Peater, was based on the noise it makes when shooting and the fact that it is a semi-automatic weapon.
This changed in 2075, when the BuRST factory on planet Greevanti was attacked Om Followers. Civilian workers, terrified by the mass of hypnotized cultists that flooded the complex, used the weapons they produced to literally sweep them off their feet. To this day nobody knows why were the Oms on Greevanti or what was the purpose of the attack, but the weapon is now famously recognized as the Rotten-Rag-People-Eater.
RRP can fire semi and full automatic bursts. The box magazine located in the pistol grip supplies the weapon with 6.8 mm bullets. It is not equipped with any sights, but it has a handy stock that slides into the body.
A universal shotgun loaded from above. It can be fed with dedicated 12 Gauge buckshot cartridges inserted into the holes at the top of the weapon body. You can also use non-dedicated material like small stones or nails – you load them into a special non-detachable shell released by a button press. When reloading, the shells on the non-dedicated material return to their original position and the next one is moved to the target position.
This universal shotgun was designed in the 50s of the 21st century, when the first wild exo-animals on a foreign planet were encountered. ICG commissioned CoMilitarian to produce a shotgun with relatively high knockout power, long range and high reliability. The cM220 has a very wide range of applications, both for the army, police units and exohunters. The weapon was put into service in most ICG colonies in 2062.
As the cM220 was designed as a military hunting weapon, for use on foreign planets, it is a shotgun resistant to damage and harsh external conditions. It uses traditional 12 Gauge (18.5mm) powder ammunition to maximize its damage. Shot cartridges and slugs are most commonly used. It is equipped with a pistol grip and an adjustable handle on the front-grip. On the upper part of the body there is a RIS rail enabling the installation of additional devices.
