James Waynan, the CEO of WaynaN Industries between 2070 and 2098, once said that Cadet 5 is his all-time favorite weapon. He described the double bullet shell as a work of engineering art, the Mona Lisa of firepower, the sliced bread of warfare. During the same speech, he told the other weapon manufacturers that they can suck it because their guns will never be better.

As if to confirm his words, many years later a burglar killed Waynan with a Cadet 5 while trying to rob his residence on planet Odin. In court, the killer testified that he had used this particular weapon because it was “fucking badass”.
